Originally from Dorset, I did a foundation course at Bournemouth and have a Ba (hons) in Graphic Design & Illustration from Bristol Art college.
I
live just across the Great Glen from
Ben Nevis and have been working as
a self employed illustrator for the past seven years.
One
of my great fascinations is with the human form. Once a week during the
summer months I spend a day in Fired
Art and sketch caricatures.
I also draw portraits at the annual Highland Games in Fort William and
at
the Loopallu
music festival in Ullapool in the Fired Art tent.
I teach art classes for Lochaber College and run arts and crafts workshops for both adults and children with the Highland Council. I also run individual painting & Papier mâché courses for Art Galore who manage a programme of creative breakaways in the Highlands.
